Problems with Daily Update Subscriptions

Sear and Tamara,

Several of the members of my app #220033 have been reporting that they are no longer receiving the daily updates. Some have had to resubscribe and some are not able to get them anymore at all.

Could you please explain what might be causing this so I can relay the information? For example, do the updates go to anyone that has an autoresponder tied to their email account? Should the recipient "whitelist" or put the sending address in their "approved senders list"? And if so, what is that email address?

Could you please list possible scenarios that are to be avoided so my subscribers can continue to receive the Daily Updates that they have become dependent upon receiving every day?
