DiscussionApp Forum - Error Msg. to Subscibers

Hi there,

The following error msg. comes to someone who is trying to get on our subscriber list.

HTTP/1.1 500 Server: Apache/1.3.41 (Unix) mod_perl/1.30 Status: 500 Date: Thu, 04 Mar 2010 18:56:03 GMT Content-Type: text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1

He is unable to confirm his subscription.

Could you let me know how to get him on our list of subscribers.

Could you give us your DiscApp id number and the email address that is triggering this error?

    I have not been able to replicate the error message. I subscribed his email address. Did he receive the confirmation email with the link?

      Hi Tamara...he forwarded the confirmation email to me and I "confirmed" him. All is well now. Just not sure why it didn't work for him. Thanks, Anita
