Hi Tamara,

I think possibly the link gets wrapped in his confirmation email and he's not using the copy and paste option of the (whole) URL. I asked him to forward the whole confirmation email with the link to me...so I can see exactly what he gets. I'll keep you posted.

I have not been able to replicate the error message. I subscribed his email address. Did he receive the confirmation email with the link?

  Hi Tamara...he forwarded the confirmation email to me and I "confirmed" him. All is well now. Just not sure why it didn't work for him. Thanks, Anita
