I just checked your DiscApp. Each element of the Appearance page has its own change button. If you make a change to the prologue and epilogue, you would click the submit changes button under the epilogue box.
Maintenance Page does not include the button on the bottom to process changes. That is critical because I change many things tonight exactly at this time!
