Upload function not working

ID #195088, I am having trouble using the system. Every time I try uploading an item it doesn't work. This has happened 3 days in a row. I'm able to upload an attachment to the file then copy it into the announcement but once it's in the announcement you are unable to view the attachment.

      You cannot upload attachments to the DiscApps. You would upload the information to your own web space and then link to it in your DiscApp post.
