Changes in colors on my board

Hello Guys,
I am having a little bit of trouble with my disc. page and I am hoping that you can assist me.
I have made changes in the past but for some reason I can no longer do so.I am not sure if something has been changed or if I just need more coffee, LOL.
Right now my page has a green background that I would like to tone down and for some reason my posts are showing up in a glaring electric blue. Very hard to read.Also can I change the fonts?
I cannot find where to change the setting on these.
Any assistance you can give me is very appreciated!

      In your stylesheet, you will want to add a:link {color:#xxxxxx;} to change the color from blue to something else. Remember to insert your color code in place of the x's.
