Some DiscApp admins have added a button to view by date and that will give all the posts in date order with the newest posts first. They also have the option of creating a search function that will let you find specific posts.

If you want to find the first post on a DiscApp, you can use http://disc.yourwebapps.com/discussion.cgi?disc=xxxxxxx;article=xxxxxx . You will need to change the x's where disc=xxxx to the ID number of the DiscApp and you will need to change article=xxxx to the article number you'd like to see.
