Ten months after, about same story. I did not receive any email to remind me that the lease for my discapp was ending soon, and it ended the february 8th.
The paypal button in the 3 emails I got in the ten months never worked (link broken). Within ten months, I did it manually with the paypal website. I also know that I have to wait after payment received for the lease to be applied, but it makes 4 days now, payment sent february 9th.
So I'm writing here in case something could be wrong anywhere. Thanks.
I received it the 26th of April, yes. But since the Paypal button from the email wasn't working, I did it "manually" from Paypal website, sending the payment to sales@yourwebapps.com with the note... more
I'm honestly not sure why the link doesn't work for you. It was my fault that there was a delay applying your payment. I have updated your lease and given you some extra time on it.
