My location: Melbourne, Australia

Comments: My great grandfather was Richard Woof Hogarth born in Whitehaven Cumbria in 1855, married 1876 to Mary Johnston in Whitehaven and migrated to Australia. Richard's father was William Hogarth born about 1816.

The middle name 'Woof' was Richard's mother's maiden family name - i.e. Mary Woof.
