... putting the "make more money with iOS" motive aside for a moment, how about this ....
With iOS, an MDD Clone will reach a MUCH larger -- and, more importantly, a much more *receptive* -- audience in the App Store than it could *ever* hope to achieve is the very fragmented "Android Marketplace" or whatever it's called.
iOS is so big time becoming a major player in the game industry that even Nintendo's is afraid of Apple!
Like you say: if someone who already owns the iOS SDK comes around to do,it, that's fine. But I'd like to make this offer .... If the only thing keeping this from happening is that someone alread*has* a Macintosh but doesn't wanna pay the $100 liscensing fee, I will GLADLY pay it for them -- so humongous a fan am I of "Damocles" & "The Dion Crises". Beleive me, I’m no millionaire, but for such as just cause, I can *certainly* swing $100/year.
