Well, I don't have the full details but it's clear that Bruce wrote many of the Benson messages at least. I've been trying to get the meaning of many of those references with the MDDClone author, but in the past few years it became complicated - for the obvious and sad reason of Bruce not being there, and other people (including myself) being busy with real life and work.
Here's what we said long ago: Translator: Any idea of what "MID-MILKAY" is? MDDClone Author: Probably a pun on MID-WEST (a region in the US) and MILKY-WAY. Translator: Ok. Left it as is to avoid some Star Wars-like incident (where "clone wars" in Episode 4 were initially translated in French by "guerre noire" or something like that ;-). Who knows if they're not going to release another Mercenary trilogy :-)
