Hi,

I have got AVG investigation team to add your programs to their safe programs so definitely not a virus so sorry for that. AVG Internet Security flags both as suspicious so won't allow then to run.
Now that I have got them added and even disabling AVG they will not run even from the desktop like you suggest.
I shall try my other 2 machines which are both on Windows 10.
I will get back to you as to what happens.
Kind regards,
Anthony.
