Halo all!

It's Kari, Sas's daughter. I'm sure you've all heard through the grapeveine that she has fallen ill again, but unfortunately I can't offer much more information than you've probably gotten. About a month ago, her mind started going; she couldn't speak, stand,=grasp thing, and was hallucinating. We took her to the hospital and the doctors just gave her every medication and sent her on her way because she was improving. Then, about two to three weeks later it started happening again, but this time worse. She was staying awake for days and was refusing to sleep. We took her back to the hospital and they gave her a battery of tests; there was talk of meningitis, stroke, seizures, and leukemia returning in her brain fluids. All of her tests came back fine, they gave her all the medications again and released her last Saturday into a nursing home because she had gotten so weak. She was doing great for a few days until she started hallucinating again. This time she went back to the hospital, but this time we took her to a different one, so maybe they could figure it out. The other night she tried to climb out of her bed (over the guard rails) in one of what I assume was one of her hallucinations and fell and broke her hip. She had surgery on her hip yesterday at 3 PM and they put a plate in it. The last I heard was today at 7:30 PM (Eastern) with a text from my dad that said "Mom's resting good, ate good today. They did EEG, but no change." So far, this is all the information we have and I will try my best to keep you all updated because I know you're worried. Flap your wings, ladies!
