Dear All,

We are conducting a study about problems (symptoms, function, health behaviors, health service needs) experienced after breast cancer treatment. Below is more information about the study. Thank you for your time.

Are you a breast cancer survivor?

Women breast cancer survivors who completed primary cancer treatment (e.g., chemotherapy, radiation, surgery) within the past year are needed for an Internet study on problems experienced after cancer.

This study will help improve the care and well-being for future breast cancer survivors.

To be eligible for the study you must be age 21 or older with a diagnosis of breast cancer stages I III. This diagnosis of breast cancer must be your first cancer diagnosis. You will need Internet access to complete the study. The study will take approximately 60 to 90 minutes to complete.
