john thanks for your help for some reason this site wont send me the right confirmation link so I am forced to communicate thru my email and here am really interested in doing this to my 235 anyu help from you would be greatly appreciated ..can I use the sn60 non a dual stromburg carb set up ? ,where are you located ? I am in south Carolina

    George A non DO SN60 is the best choice and a VS 57 can be converted for $28 to a SN60 Use an Avanti mount setup and you will not have to Cut a hole in the hood. Did a 54 Conestoga wagon here, easy... more

        The Stromburg is a very poor choice as jetting and pressure losses are a real problem. plan on a 4 bbl AFB or Summit brand 650 CFM carb. Ths summit at less than $300 is probably best as you do not... more
