Hi, I am checking off things on the New Puppy checklist and Petco.com is having a storewide sale. I am thinking of trying to get as many supplies from them since there is a sale. Any recs of things to pick up from the sale? The sale ends tomorrow Feb 16

There seem to be alot of pooper scooper and bag choices - any recs?

    If you get the crate for dogs 26-40 pounds it will be too small.
  • as for poop bags, I use "t-shirt" bags (like the grocery stores use), or slightly smaller ones I buy from places like uline.com or nu-era.com It really depends on if you plan on picking up poop each... more

      Thanks again Jan! I decided to go with your first suggestion of a 20 inch travel crate. I realized that when the puppy gets bigger I can get the car harness and shouldn't need the bigger size crate.... more

          info where we live - I have a feeling you are correct!! Glad you mentioned that! And thanks for ok'ing the leash, there are really way too many choices.
