Airline carrier

Hi there! My boyfriend and I will be getting a golden doodle in late June, and then have to take a one-way flight about 2 weeks later. We are looking at all of the airline guidelines and in order for the puppy to come on board, it has to be in a carrier that is about 10.5 inches tall. The dog should be able to stand up and move around. The doodle we are getting is supposed to be medium sized at full height. So the little pup is going to be about 10, 11 weeks when she flies. Does anyone know an estimate about how tall a doodle is around that age? I donít want to buy a carrier and make a reservation for her to fit under the seat in front of us on the flight unless I am pretty positive she is going to fit. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
