Was Pelletreau the one who came up with the letter "k" being very different than Hauptmann's "k". I remember now that he claimed Noso wrote the noted and I had that magazine , True Detective, I think it was, but have been unable to find it. As I recall although he uses the "k" strongly against Hauptmann as being the writer and pro Noso as being the writer, he doesn't give any example of Noso's "k" which would be necessary even by his standards to make a determination. Seems another loose end with no known evidence, like most of the alternate theories.

        I hope you can find the Pelletreau article. When this article is studied thoroughly it reveals that it is a testament to handwriting identification incompetence.
