Noetic sciences are working on it and making some headway but from what I read, their ideas of telepathy do not quite match mine. This does not invalidate what they do but to me, they are just on the fringe of what telepathy is.

Right now, it is just like religion in that it is all un-proven opinion and few if any reproducible facts.
