BaruchBeliefs?Sun Mar 11, 2012 14:59126.96.36.199Sounds like a faith, not reason to me. Next time you ... have difficulty reasoning, without assumptions, please share.
By being different, and by choice no less ... from the average people of your own society ... isn't that alienation? I have the same problem, I am an unusual person among unusual persons myself.
As far as myself, I know what is real and what is not, including that reality doesn't fit into the little boxes of rationality, empiricism or any other excuse. I put reality ahead of any system.
- If Atheism gives rise to alienation [as you assume].. Kasey, Sun Mar 11 09:30it is because theists have difficulty handling the concept that their beliefs about the claimed existence of a diety may be without a firm foundation! Regards, Kasey
