I've been taking it all at one time in the morning, on an empty stomach. Most of what I've read says that you can go up to 1200 mg without toxicity issues... there seems to be a lot of controversy about whether this stuff is actually fat-soluble, but I don't know how to critique the information being the layman that I am.
I am in a motorized wheelchair, have been now for 8+ years, never really did walk again after breaking my leg. No, I cannot turn over in bed, and my only standing is done via a standing frame. This is really, besides thyroid, the only thing that has had a positive impact on MS symptoms for me. Definitely, 600 mg was a big jump forward versus 300 mg, and 150 didn't seem to do much at all, but I tend to go slow when I introduce new things into my body due to the fact that I tend to react negatively more often than positively. I will probably take some desiccated liver also, have a bunch of that in the house. Thanks for the information on Doctor's Best, I did not know that, I simply bought it because it was the best deal at iherb. Looking around for it in Canada, you can only seemingly get 80 mg capsules and they cost about $35 for 120 capsules, I saw one drugstore advertising same thing for $65!
