I just love this stuff, I can move so much better and there has been a great reduction of pain etc. However, my experience with this stuff has got me a little bit ticked off. It seems to me that they know how to make the coenzyme form of most B. vitamins and I am wondering why in the heck is so hard to find a good complete B. complex vitamin combination that includes all of the coenzyme forms. So I've had to order methylcobalamin, Methylfolate, P5P, niacinamide... found one Source Naturals that looks almost worthy, but it is still incomplete. Something like 20% of people cannot convert folic acid into the active form, so why are they even bothering to put folic acid into things when one out of five people will actually experience problems because they don't realize they can't convert it.
I'm experimenting with the Benfotiamine, took 1200 mg today and I will report in a couple of days if I notice any further improvement with larger doses. And I think it will be interesting to get out to the L. acetyl carnitine because I gather it sort of controls protein formations. That is huge.
