You just never know what something will completely reasonate with you. I'm not noticing anything different with the benfotiamine but it's still early days with that. I also only take one 150 mg capsule in the morning along with my other supplements.
I have noticed over the years that nothing really seems to affect me one way or the other and that is disheartening. I've been hearing so much about all that energy stuff and just how meridians or energy pathways can be blocked for one reason or another. I will post a question asking just how many may have ever looked into the whole energy blockage issue. It is so frustrating to try so many different things and not notice a thing from it. When that happens could it be simply an energy pathway that is blocked as no doctors are looking at such things.

      may i ask what pain and stiffness level do u have? from 1 to 10, let's say. cause for me to decrease my pain level i have to take some additional staff.

        I have different levels of pain in different areas of my body... my right foot is kinda twisting, and it really hurts when I stand on it even though we keep trying to find a way to straighten it out. ... more

            I did not really notice anything much at 150, 300, 450 mg, but 600 mg has a very large effect. I tried doing 1200 mg and I found that that is not as good, it seems to be less effective for... more
