to drop a few raw eggs into a breakfast smoothie but have not tried it yet. I did view a video that Dr. Mercola had whereby he made his breakfast protein shake with a few raw eggs thrown it. Not sure but he may have just used the yolk. If you do this, probably best to get some high quality eggs from a local source. I am able to go right online to FreshPicks and they will deliver organics and local items so I'm lucky with that but if you look around you might find such an operation near you.
