Other then eating them raw in a smoothie, when I do cook them, I do try to eat them as minimally cooked as possible. Drives my husband nuts to hear me slurping my eggs...lol.

I have never heard that about the egg whites. I get my eggs from a organic delivery service and it's the next best thing to having my own chickens I guess.
