Histamine, LDN, CCSVI & Lyme Dx – MS Therapies

i would try increasing for a few days. i started w/ all 4 in the a.m. and didn't notice much except heartburn.
when i changed to 1 a.m., 1 later around 4 or 5 pm, then 2 before bed, i started to notice the differences. play around w/ dose and time.

    Well, I am very glad that someone is seeing some benefits from this stuff. I really have to get off my butt and try the DMSO/magnesium oil treatment and see what that is going to do...

    I've been taking 2 150mg capsules every morning. I did try taking 3 of them. I can't say that I noticed anything. Do you think I should up the dose? Perhaps I am not taking enough?... more

        hi joyce taking 4 at once didn't work. i usually take them with several oz. of water and have a couple almonds. taking them on a completely empty stomach gives me heartburn. give it a week at least.... more
