Caffeine in green tea

I seem to be very sensitive to the smallest amount of caffeine. I have packets of green tea that I started to put in my water in the am and have difficulty sleeping that night so I stopped using them.

      Good article....seems to be from a credible mainstream medical journal. I'd read something about green tea years ago and have been drinking it ever since. I also take green tea extract capsules.... more

        There is allot of fouride in most green teas. We should find out before we buy. You can also buy it without caffeine.

          I do think that Donna Gates sells green tea drops that don't contain flouride or caffienne. I have used them. bodyecology.com.
