It has nothing to do with losing the election. However what you don't see is that if this is correct than it would nullify the election. If the President had denounced his citizenship and taken money as a foreign national every single executive order and bill that he has passed would be null and void. Everyone he has put in a position as President would be removed. John McCain would, by default become President.
