MONTROSE Friends are planning to search again for a missing radio DJ from Montrose.

Forty-eight-year-old Rick Steele went missing Thursday while taking his dogs for a walk near a canal. Searchers fear Steele may have fallen into the waters.

Friends are organizing a search for Steele on Tuesday starting at 5 p.m.

Authorities searched his home and vehicle over the weekend and say they don't suspect foul play. Steele's truck was found near the canal, along with the two dogs.

Steele hosts a weekday morning show on KBNG-FM.
