I escaped from jail 2 times. I had 2 jury trials, one for each escape. My defense was coercion and self defense. Currently I have a civil rights violation case before the federal court itemizing the very valid grounds for escape. The violations are so heinous that the FBI in atlanta is currently investigating the case-agent Stanley Slater is leading the investigation. During the first 2 jury trials I had no lawyer or legal counsel, however now the case is before the Georgia supreme court on appeal with legal counsel by one of Georgians best criminal defense lawyers - Marcia Shein. Due to blatant prejudice and dysfunction in the superior court with trial judge Carey Nelson who is a cousin to the elected sheriff my lawyer is withdrawing my motion for new trial to expedite this case in the Supreme Court despite the fact that several grounds for a new trial exist. The judge refused to admit my evidence at trial, refused to instruct the jury of the coercion law, allowed the elected sheriff to stand directly beside him during the trial and refused to have a hearing to decide a change of venue due to my journalism exposing corruption in Bartow County where the previous sheriffs captain was convicted for illegally reselling guns and pocketing cash taken during drug busts. (google: Garmon Bartow Guns) I have been researching about drugs stolen from the sheriffs evidence locker, nobody has been indicted for that yet. I am anxious for justice to prevail as I am currently serving time in a level 5 disciplinary prison in a dorm that has had 15 stabbings while I have been here. It contains dates and witnesses to many violations such as being held 60 days in a cell with no sink or toilet on 24 hour lockdown. The truth is hated, and this freedom of speech was emailed from prison on a contraband cell phone. I am a professional software engineer and owner of United Business Technologies.
