Primarily because the ruling elites usually have dirt on the other parties they are jousting with, that's why. The vast majority of these polecats play the "owe" game. They are all beholden to hidden donors and interests and are blackmailable. Consider the farcical 911 committee "investigating" the nefarious details of this false flag episode. Acting through Israeli agents and sympathizers on and around the committee, free flow of information was stymied and in many cases totally stopped. Key operatives effectively jammed the proceedings with utterances of "Mr. Chairman, I don't recall the details, I just can't remember". Said proceeding were hindered for over one full year by President Dubya J. Bushleaguer and his cast of Merry Men.
Eric Holder, longtime government hack of the NWO has racebaited those trying to gain information about his department's shenanigans, but what is more disgusting is the fact both sides of these debates really don't want to get at the real facts, there's just too many high level secrets and obfuscations to wade through. Our transparent government laughs at the "stupid peasants" who think committees and investigatory witch hunts are done in earnest. Such will never be the case as the US continues its dizzying decline into oblivion.
Holder is just another in a long line of buffoons and stooges for other interest groups. He represents an alien government headed up by Obama and, more importantly, Obama's handlers and bosses. Contempt charges against Holder would be like the so-called impeachment proceedings against the Arkansas gangbanger, Bubba Clinton. No agreement by key personnel in our government means what? It means all of these pretenders have dirty hands and are right at home with making it look like they are seeking the truth. In reality, the joke is on us, the taxpayers who are getting a good financial rape courtesy of the police state and the bankers who are laughing all the way to their next big bonus.
Asking Boehner, Mr. Tan Man, to do anything to prosecute Holder is a cruel hoax that will never materialize. These actors can stall out the rest of the term with nothing happening and nobody will be any the wiser. Americans are more concerned with their latest electronic gadgetry and get their news from the main stream media, they are poorly informed and really too concerned about the latest Hollywood divorces and Justin Bieber to get too excited about justice for Eric Holder.
