Since then the entire US Foreign Policy has been based on US Arms Sales around the world.
SAETO: South East Asia Treaty Organization (19 Feb 1955) was used to support the war in Vietnam - and sell weapons all over the world. Today this treaty is being used to sell weapons to Cambodia, Vietnam and Thailand to stir up rebels in Northern Thailand and Northern Burma - so they in tern buy weapons from US Arms dealers.
NATO: North Atlantic Treaty Organization was designed right after World War 2 so as to sell American Made Weapons to Western Europe. In reviewing early papers by Colonel Terry Swan it is clear that the purpose for NATO was for Arms Sales and Arms Sales alone.
So - The Chem Trails, The Vaccinations that make your children Autistic, the GMO's - all oriented around Arms Sales.
In Off Election Years this is done to "Bolster Democracy". This is why US Special Forces cleared out a hospital of those injured in protesting against the Government of Bahrain - the doctors treating the Riot Victims - all 8 - are now spending the rest of their lives in jail and the children on incubators in the Main Hospital were thrown out on the streets --- and died --- to bolster Democracy. Oops - Bahrain is a Dictatorship.
During Election Years the US State Department states these arms sales are to Provide US Jobs. So we stir up wars around the world, killing people, to support US Jobs.

In a recent speech 6/14/2012 Assistant Secretary of State Shapiro stated exactly that. Some of the highlights of his speech were:
1)I'm delighted to be able to speak to you all day as part of Global Economic Statecraft Day.
2) The Purpose of our sales is to serve National Security Interests and that is the theme that runs through every sale that we conduct.
3) It is therefor the Secretary of State that is given the authority to to oversee and authorize arms sales in order to ensure US foreign Policy.......that the US government provides is fully in line with US foreign Policy.
4) It is no longer our Ambassadors who promote US security Cooperation abroad. It is Senior State Department officials ....
(These Folks are Appointed by the US Secretary of State, not elected or appointed by the Senate like Ambassadors.)
5) Last week we released the 655 Report ... the report focuses on commercial sales, and it showed a $10 Million Dollar Increase in Fiscal Year 2011 in items authorized for transfer.
((Remember - the Nuclear/Chemical/Biological Weapons Hillary had the La Farge Corporation before the first Iraq War - that now sits in Syria - sold to Iraq and listed in Senator Riegel's Report was not authorized for transfer.))
6) Today I can confirm that this is already a record breaking year for foreign military sales. We have already surpassed the $50 Billion in sales for fiscal 2012.
7) For Example, our agreement in December to expand our security cooperation with Saudi Arabia is projected to have a significant impact on the US Economy. According to industry experts, this agreement will support more than 50,000 American Jobs.
((In other words - war is good for the economy. Stir up protests and war in Syria and Iran and we sell guns to Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Oman, Jordan, UK, ...... arms sales go through the roof, the Rockefellars and Rothschilds make money, and Lucifer laughs.))
