We need CIA sponsored cartels and we need folks chasing those cartel lackeys, we get two jobs for the price of one. Just like we need more and more nuclear submarines so New London, Connecticut can retain a 4 billion dollar business while tapping the taxpayer for more and more money. Let's face it, we need the war economy, war is good, war is profitable for the relatively few defense companies, profits are fat and dependable.
