Tonight I met an old friend named "Sam."
We have know Sam for many years as his mom worked for my wife for many years. When the Gas Stations her father owned closed Sam's Mom collected Unemployment for a while, got another retail job and decided to go back to school.
I was heading to the grocery store to figure out what Risoto was after eating some at a restaurant and there was Sam - on a skate board. Sam is now 18. Sam is black, I mean really dark and when we have money we hire him for jobs.
Living on the streets Sam has learned how to talk really well to get along, but not work hard. That's OK, he is fun to be around and worth having on every job.
Sam's 2 bicycles were stolen off his porch so he uses an old Skate Board now to get around.
Now - Sam's Mom is going to school and getting some help from the welfare department but the $350 in food stamps she gets for 3 people each month means there is no food in the house after about the 15th of the month.
Just to give you a hint of what goes on, about 2 years Sam broke into a High School with some friends and just hung out at night. One of the kids broke a window, but no other harm was done. About 2 hours later the cops responded to the alarm and Sam went to jail for the night.
US Court Precedence (Lucicfer's Laws) states that the woman gets the children in a Divorce and 95% of all kids raised by a mother alone go to jail before the age of 18, FBI statistics.
Common Law (US bill of Rights and thus the Constitution and GOD's Law) states the Man gets the children in case of a Divorce. Only 5% of the children raised by Only a Father go to jail before the age of 18.
Thus the Courts ensure future employment for more corrupt judges and kids like Sam will have a criminal record before the age of 18 by following Lucifer's Laws.
The dDmocrats have always hated the Blacks. George McClellenn, the Democratic Candidate for President who ran against Abraham Lincoln in 1864 stated: "Lincoln loves those "N's", he wants to set those Brownies free. That will be his down fall - his love for those slaves."
In fact, President Lincoln, who freed the slaves, wanted to give all who wanted to go home $400 US Dollars and a free trip home since they were brutally taken away and Enslaved.
Secretary of State Stanton (A Democrat on Lincoln's Staff) persuaded President Lincoln to hold off on helping the slaves.Most Southern General's who fough for Slavery were democrats.
Robert E Lee, head of the Southern Armies, freed his slaves during the Civil War - he never believed in Slavery. He was a Republican.
Lincoln - a Republican - freed the slaves.
Nixon - a Republican - signed the Civil Rights Act of 1972.
The Republican Congress in 1974(?) forces many on welfare to go to work or loose their welfare, thus teaching the children to work. Welfare rolls in many states were cut in half over night.
Yet Sam only knows that he needs a job to buy Cereal to eat for tonight.
I just spent $50 to go out to dinner, something we do about 3 times a month. Maybe I should help Sam rather than going out so much.
In 60 days Sam will enter a local technical college for welding. If he gets Financial Aid he will be able to buy pants that fit and some under pants and socks.
Compared to most inter city Black Kids he is doing pretty well. His mom rents a home and he has a couch to sleep on in the basement - and a washing machine and dryer to use. When it is cold out he has a warm place to live.
When I was 11 I had to work to eat, and I worked all the way through school. Earning $1 a day on a paper rout in 1973 was OK - in bough me a new pair of pants and shoes every 3 months and a hair cut once every 6 months. I was the poor kid with long hair in the rich neighborhood.
Simon began working at age 13 and he was the poor kid the hood, but he did have food and pants and shoes.
Sam had a real job, not as a look out for Drug Dealers on a street corner. There a Black Kid can make $1,000 a night and caries a .45 Caliber Pistol provided by the FBI to the gangs. They stay up all night and then try and sit through school the next day armed with a gun and money. When they get home Mom is usually strung out on the couch high, no food in the house and forget new pants --- so they make it On The Streets.
Coats - we just sort of act like we do not need one, we're tough.
Gym clothes - forget it. We run in our pants and shoes.
So a year ago Sam was arrested for Jay Waking and spent 3 days in jail. You see - the local COPS have meters that compare the Nano-Chips in each Dealers Area for each drug.
If you but Dope in North Tacoma and go to South Tacoma and Jay Walk - you have Dope from the wrong dealer and your meter shows up a Red - you get arrested and helped for 72 hours.
If you walk into a party in North Tacoma and inhale Dope and hten go home in South Tacoma you show up as having Dope in you from the wrong area - you get arrested - Pinched.
Since the US Air Force brings Illegal drugs in through Mina Arkansas, and the CIA brings Illegal drugs in through Buffalo Airlines, the FBI distributes it and controls the streets.
The New FUSION centers are not to track Americans but to tighten up the Drug Trafficking, paid for by you the American Tax Payer.
The FBI maps out the areas and distributes the Pistols, the Local Cops are tasked with enforcing the Drug Zones. It truly is a Thin Blue Line.
Last year when Sam was arrested for Jay Walking and held for 72 hours he told folks where he had been in jail, some Snitch made money of repeating what am had said in jail and was paid off. The Court hearing for his break into the school occurred while he was being held so he missed his court appearance. A bench Warrant was issued for his arrest.
As he was released for Jay Walking he was re-arrested for missing his court date. More Jail Time and Fines up the Ying Yang.
In the mean time the Lyons Club goes to Sam's High School and tried to make sure he had Under ear, tooth brushes, food after school, shoes - and they pay for this out of their own pockets.
You spend $25,000 per year to send this kid to school and they can only feed them Green Slime and Pizza?
That's about $750,000 per classroom of 30 kids for for 160 days per year - and they cannot even buy them under pants and tooth brushes. That's $5,000 per day and they cannot give them the equivalent of a $5 Subway Sandwich each day?
To feed them should run 30 students times $5 per day - $150 to feed 30 students - out out of a daily budget of $5,000 per day?
They cannot afford to pay them $200 per student per year pout of the $25,000 to give them of under pants and tooth brushes?
Yet we call the drug Dealers crooks?

Now Sam has finally graduated from High School (Only 50% do in this area) and Sam wants to go to Welding School and go to work welding. While going to school Sam will work as a dishwasher making $9/Hr and only bringing home about $3 per hour because he must pay $10,000 in fines and penalties for missing his court date even though he was in jail and literally a flight of stairs from the court. Thus an 8 hour day will earn him about $24.
So now let's say Sam goes to school, gets out, and goes to work for $25 per hour. He is Black so he will get hired under Affirmative Action.
Sam will take home about $400 per week for his first year welding, not counting his College Loan Payments he now has.
You cannot file for bankruptcy against Court Fines or School Loans - this is illegal but oh well, Zeig Heil.
After the first year - his take home pay should reach about $15 per hour unless he has a child. If he does the woman will seek child support from him under Court Law (Not Common Law) and Sam will then take home about $50 per day forever. So for a $25 an hour job Sam will take home about $1,000 a month and not qualify for Food Stamps not counting his College Loans of usually around $200/Mo.
All the while Sam sees Koreans, Russian, Somalians, Nicaraguans, Etc collecting Social Security, welfare, driving New Cars and living in Newly Rebuilt houses at Salashan Housing Complex in Tacoma and Rainier Housing Complex in Seattle, free dental, free medical, free College, Etc...
Sam gets angry watching his Mom struggle through College going deeper and deeper into debt at age 45.
If Sam makes it through Welding College I will help him get into the Army as a welder and sign a waiver for him as an Officer. At least he will get 3 hots and a cot plus clothing and "Some" play money. It is the least I can do considering what has bee through.
In the mean time, Sam now has Cereal and Milk at home and wehn his mom get home he can cook her some Risotto.
