July 24th, 2017 - Can You Help Me To Re-Start Community Access TV Here NW Arkansas in the Alma, Van Buren, Fort Smith, and the Mulberry region? - To help me to help our community to be able to better coordinate it's future destiny and economic growth through Developing Community and Public Access Based Broadcast, Streamed and Archived On-line, and Federally Copyrighted Media on Local Cable Television.

To help local people and businesses to be able to realize the importance of how the re-starting of Community-Public Access TV and Media here will help to increase local commerce, help to build a worldwide streaming and archived (A Federal Media Copyrighted Broadcast System.) on-line media project that will help to create future regional employment, and to help to build a better future for local students and the concerned people of this region who want to see this area of Arkansas grow in commerce and to transcend into becoming a more effective and prosperous community based infrastructure.

For us to be able to work together and to go forward for our trying to help each other and our community to contribute as much input and constructive guidance on the possibility of this area and region of Arkansas someday being able to re start the Public Access Broadcasting (On-line and on Cable TV.) from here in the Alma, Fort Smith,Van Buren, and the Mulberry regions.

I have been a television producer at http://www.SeattleCommunityMedia.org for more then twenty years, producing several thousand one hour educational documentary TV programs and I am at this time trying to encourage and to help to get re started the Community and Public Access Television Networks, and to help to get these Public Media network system to get back up and operating here in Northwest Arkansas regions and to work with the University of Arkansas Fayetteville Public Access Network as well.

I am currently residing in Rudy Arkansas and the City of Alma, and I have leased a store front in downtown Alma, whereas, I am trying to put together a leading edge products and services sales and marketing and eventually manufacturing operation where I am hoping to also be able to build this project into being able to provide local jobs and employment especially for the Alma High School Students to thus help them to learn how to market local products and services and locally produced media on-line.

Members of the U.S. Congress sent to me their appreciation for my having produced more then two hundred one hour educational TV programs on my AllDayLive TV show covering the transcendence of the Washington Medical and Commercial Cannabis industries in that state that then had allowed for the U.S. Congress to be able to reference these Federally Copyrighted TV programs as Federally Legislative Copyrighted Indexed and Now Archived On-line Media Documentation.

I am hoping to be able to also accomplish and to establish and to teach this media perspective here in Northwest Arkansas. I am at this time trying to find a means to be able to acquire the necessary media equipment including a camera so that I can then be able to do field interviews and to teach media students on how to produce local Public Access Media as well.

If you are interested in helping with this highly needed community based media project then please reply. http://1.1.1.3/bmi/yt3.ggpht.com/-p1aUswDsTC4/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAAAA/PhBEAAmgCds/s100-c-k-no-mo-rj-c0xffffff/photo.jpg - http://www.MediaCific.com - http://www.SeattleCommunityMedia.org - Community Based Public Access Media Broadcast & Television - http://disc.yourwebapps.com/discussion.cgi?disc=149495;article=156913; - Independent Media Networks Nationwide on Public Access TV - http://disc.yourwebapps.com/discussion.cgi?disc=149495;article=156912;title=APFN - Public-access television - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Public-access_television - List of public-access TV stations in the United States - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_public-access_TV_stations_in_the_United_States - Fayetteville Public Access Television now available from Bella Vista to Fort Smith - https://www.arktimes.com/StreetJazz/archives/2011/06/30/fayetteville-public-access-television-now-available-from-bella-vista-to-fort-smith - Public access channels Posted By Max Brantley on Mon, Jul 10, 2006 - ttps://www.arktimes.com/ArkansasBlog/archives/2006/07/10/public-access-channels - Arkansas Educational Television Network: AETN - http://www.aetn.org - http://1.1.1.4/bmi/www.aetn.org/__data/assets/image/0014/130640/AETN_PBS_Lockup_2017_Inverted.png - July 2017 channel lineup Fort Smith, Arkansas - https://www.cox.com/content/dam/cox/residential/documents/tv/channel-lineup/arkansas/cl_ft_smith.pdf - Fund Call4Investigation, AllDayLive, Truth vs News & AWPT - http://disc.yourwebapps.com/discussion.cgi?disc=149495;article=157530; - Patricia Shupe, Host of Call4Investigation with Don Grahn. - http://disc.yourwebapps.com/discussion.cgi?disc=149495;article=156793;title=APFN;pagemark=20 - Correspondence Sent to Veterans for Medical Marijuana, Tue May 19, 2015 Published on May 25, 2015 - https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/willpwilson-908-correspondence-sent-veterans-medical-marijuana - https://willpwilson.wordpress.com/ - http://www.Twitter.com/AllDayLive -

http://www.freepress.net/sites/default/files/styles/781wide_nocrop/public/topics/topic_public-media.png - October 28th, 2016 Ė I, Will P. Wilson, am seeking funding to help our communities to be able to be more Actively Heard by their own communities. Thus to further enable all communities to be able to more effectively be Inspirationally heard and to thus to be more extensively and insightfully to be seen and to be heard by all communities. Thereof, especially by their own communities.

I have produced more the two thousand one hour educationally related community televised, and streamed on-line Public Access Television and Community Broadcast over the past fifteen years. Since 2011 these programs have been indexed and archived on-line as Federally Copyrighted Media.

I was thanked by members of the U.S. Congress for having produced approximately two hundred one hour community educational media broadcasts. These broadcasts covered the emerging Northwest and Washington State Medical and Commercial Cannabis and Hemp industries.

I have survived on less then one thousand dollars a month for more then fifteen years and on my own concern for our communities that I have thus produced these many community oriented educational televised media programs for our community and paid nothing this while time to do this.

I now need funding in order to be able to keep this community oriented educational media project to thus be able to continue and in order that I can more readily be able to teach people, sudents and concerned community member to become media producers. Federally Copyrighted, Admissible Media.

Media that then played an important part of helping the U.S. Congress and the U.S. Senate to have a more effective understanding of the emerging Medical and Commercial Cannabis Industries.

Thus to be more able to legislate on what are the key factors and the important elements that can and did provide them with the ability to more effectively understand how to bring about their Federal Legislative Administrative Provisions, Protocols, and Future Laws.

Key Legislative Factors and Elements that then can allow for all Counties and States to then be able to be provided with Jurisdictional Legislative Administration and Guidelines in their own Jurisdictions. willpwilson - Need Funding To Implement Educational Media Foundation.

http://images.powershow.com/P1246990941kNQEA.th.jpg - Helping to create a future generation of responsibly thinking people and communities.

I want to look into the possibility of our working with Colleges, University's, Schools, and Educational Institutions and the interested administrative people who may think that a possibility may exist for our looking into what type of educational media possibilities may exist.

Thereof, for their consideration of what an effective and eventually very dynamic Public Access Broadcast project might emerge into helping the students to learn about this now transcending and thus very powerful media tool and what it has to offer to interested students and what it can provide to them.

I would like to be able to further correspond with these educational institutions on what their thoughts, their questions, and their innovative input might constructively prevail.

Thereof, and what this media conceptual project might be able to further bring forth and to thus possibly then result in myself and my colleagues being more readily to be able to help to inspire all of us and the scholastic and college institutions in our providing our constructive insight on this possible future undertaking.

In consideration of myself, Will P. Wilson, and my media colleagues. I prefer e-mail (willpwilson@gmail.com) because I am a key board person and a long time freelance journalist and investigative reporter, and I have written a great deal on the subject of Innovative media production.

I have for more then twenty years produced several thousand educational TV programs and I feel that this project has a great deal of merit for our considering as to what something like this might be able to provide to Universities across the nation.

In consideration of scholastic institutions, schools, universities, and colleges that may already have a Public Access Media Department on their campus but I believe that this program needs more interested and experienced people like myself and my colleagues to then be able to more effectively help to guide and to inspire a more substantiated and dynamic media program infrastructure at these campuses.

Thereof, and to thus as well to begin teaching and guiding our future generations to come to be able to understand and to utilize responsibly, Public Access Media thereof, helping these future generations to begin realizing that they can create Federally Copyrighted Media.

That anyone can now realize that they can now begin to more responsibly and constructively with intuitive and wise innovation, to thus take back their control of their rightful destinational pathways of their constructive and wise innovative and responsible futures. - http://media1.britannica.com/eb-media/62/122262-004-7978DCFD.jpg - (Dr.) William P.
