First select the state of enlistment. The dead are listed first, followed by the wounded. It will usually take several attempts to find the right page.

He is not listed as last name "Harold" either:

      The SSDI seems to indicate that his home state was New York. NARA maintains listes of WWII wounded, by state. He is NOT listed there: -Jim
