Having worked in five predominantly Muslim countries, I can assure you that just as in America, 99.999% of the population just wants to get along, feed their kids, get a better house, et cetera. Just as in America, the problems are caused by a minority, in this case mainly by failed divinity students who do not even understand tenets of their own religion.
