My interest was to find someone still living from the unit. His name and picture is also on the WWII Memorial in Daytona Beach, Fl. located on the grounds of the Halafix Medical Center. Although we were not born in Daytona Beach, we spent most of the first 18 years of our lives in Daytona Beach and graduated from the old Mainland BDHS.
