I am happy to report that we will be recovering PFC Harrison’s remains to be buried at the national Cemetery in Grand Prairie Texas other relatives. I knew his mother who was my great aunt. She did not want him to join the service at the onset of the war, so he ran away from home to visit family in Michigan. He was too young to join on his own so he joined the marine reserves. He was called into action and died on the beach shortly after his arrival on his 20th birthday.
