PFC Jack Harvey Krieger
Fri Feb 2, 2018 09:46

“His Lord said to him, Well done, you good and faithful servant…” Matthew 25:21.
In 2011/2012, PFC Jack Harvey Krieger was submitted as a "Most Likely Match" to multiple "Unknowns" buried in the Punchbowl Cemetery in official Investigative Reports submitted by Chief Rick Stone while he was a member of the Department of Defense. The Chief Rick Stone and Family Charitable Foundation later refined and updated the original investigations after acquiring information and technologies not available in 2011/2012. These updates listed PFC Krieger as Most Likely Match to only three Punchbowl Unknowns. After almost five years, the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency decided to act on the official recommendations of Chief Stone for disinterment and identification of the Punchbowl Unknowns from Tarawa. One of these Unknowns has now been confirmed as PFC Krieger. Welcome home Marine! Our Foundation shares the joy of your family in your return! God Bless you and thanks to ALL who never forgot you and your service to our country!
