You should always throw the same in all wind types. The upper body should always blast a line drive while the block gives you height on jav flight. You should feel as if the jav is at a negative angle down runway. When your legs cross ahead of you, the angle of jav will sit perfectly before the throw. Do not try to throw for a rainbow effect....let your legs work for you. In fact....don't "throw" with your arm....throw with your legs. The arm just sits back. Now, when you get this down you can add CONTROLLED speed with your run up for a greater distance(assuming your previous training allows you to handle it...hence the thousands of runway drills). Now you know how to throw far.
