See the reactions I have are that I experience extreme sleepiness 30-45 minutes following a meal and it can last between 15 minutes for the most mild reactions to over 5 hours for high protein meals, I've also been experiencing an increase in symptoms following corticosteroid therapy.

I had some really, really bad reactions where I thought I'd die. I was so out of it I could barely talk, and it happened 30 minutes after eating a very high protein meal.
