U.S. extended release (EMI/UA) has the combine Trio cut 7 minutes long, where the solo trumpet flares, then subsides and the guitar continues tnhe the solo trumpet flares again with the musician "tonguing' the notes then is subsides and we hear the carrilon then the trumpet again which breaks into the drumming. I now have three trio versions, original LP, expanded (LP + movie) ans the movie version.
I am trying to compile one complete CD as I found some alternate tracks. Trying to sort out the different cuts as some cuts ar the same with different names.
And here in Canada LPs at the time were 4 bucks, 5 bucks stereo and 7 busk for US imports such as Big Gundown and Guns for San Sebastian.
Does anyone know what is the nost complete soundtrack from GBU? I have found online a download of 38 tracks and one of 45 tracks. These include the motifs, alternate cuts and the main title with the... more
