whether Craig Hill voiced the English language version of TASTE OF KILLING or not, but I talked with Robert Woods and Richard Harrison about dubbing the English language versions of their Westerns. Robert wanted to, and usually had it in his contract to do so, but sometimes he'd be off shooting another movie when the English dub was being made and he wasn't available. Thus that's not his voice on SEVEN GUNS FOR THE MACGREGORS, which got the widest U.S. theatrical release of any of the movies in which he starred. Richard felt that those who dubbed movies for a living were better at it than he could be and so never dubbed any of his Westerns. Plus he wouldn't be getting any more money for doing more work.
I was watchin' TASTE OF KILLING this morning. Is that Craig's real voice? His voice in this one sounds like Guliano's voice in Adios Gringo. If it his not his voice, why didn't he dub?
