The Film Forum spaghetti western film festival wrapped up tonight with a sold out showing of DJANGO. You couldn't fit another person in the theater. The crowd was made up of males and females of all ages and they gave a big ovation at the end. Sad to see such a successful festival come to an end.
DJANGO was the Italian version with English subtitles and played very well on the big screen. I had forgotten how truly over the top the film is, but it was still very, very entertaining after all these years.
