Spaghetti Western Web Board - Which SW's were successful in the States?

I heard the original Dollar-trilogy was successful in the USA when it first came out, but Once Upon a Time in the West wasn't. Which other spaghetti's were successful back in the day? Not on video or dvd, but upon original release (which I assume not even a lot of spaghetti's even had).
