Dusk
By Keath Mckelvey
Inspired by Emily Dickinson

Will there really be a dusk?
Is there such a thing as night?
Could I see it from the treetops if I were as they?
Has it legs like a tree?
Has it arms like an eagle?
Is it brought from foreign countries of which I have never seen?
Oh some sailor!
Oh some farmer!
Oh some wise women from the skies!
Please tell a little wanderer where
The place called dusk lies!
