Hello,

My name is Marcio, 32 male, and I was recently diagnosed with Fibro and I have had it since I was 19. This as caused me alot of "pshycological" pain, alot of anger, essencially cause most people don't understand this disease. Became distant from some friends, family members and got divorced (though i wasn't diagnosed while married, I never gave up looking for answer for why feeling so exausted, moody, and pain all over) was also diagnosed with Sleep Apnea.

I just wanna tell you that you have to find a way to try to control your fears, I been living in fear for many years and been able to control certains things, sometimes not easy. Stress makes it worse.
