I have 4 possibly 5 polly pocket sets, i have a book style one which is underwater style, with 2 mermaids, turtle, sea horses etc, what is this called?

I have a pop up partly play house, when was this made?

some with all the pieces some with non, I also have a trendmasters cinderella star castle 1996, is this polly pocket?
some in original boxes, im looking for info on average prices etc? any help would be much appreciated, thanks :)
