It matters HOW we pay our bills & debt down. For the last 30 years & especially the last 10, MULTI-MILLIONAIRES BILLIONAIRES have SKATED on THEIR SHARE of the burden, while the middle class & working poor have struggled.

During the 23 YEARS (1940-1963) that we became the MOST POWERFUL NATION ON THIS PLANET EVER, the top Income Tax Rates ranged from 81% to 94%. NOW they are as low as 25% & even 15% AFTER DEDUCTION for MANY, while the upper middle class are paying 35%.
